about dirty strength radio

Who is it for?

Women that want to feel strong in a holistic and life-changing way.
Women that understand how they FEEL in their body and heir daily lives matters just as much if not MORE than how they look.
Women that want to be physically strong, but emotionally and spiritually strong too!

What is it about:

Doing the dirty work to be well-rounded and strong women.

Training our minds and bodies with exercise can ABSOLUTELY help us build resilience and strength to live the lives we need to live, but we can’t WAIT to take action until everything is perfectly neat and refined. Life starts with birth and ends with death, two of the MESSIEST experiences you’ll ever witness.
Why Because life, is in reality, a dirty job. So let’s grow some Dirty Strength.

How is it different?

I hate REDUCTIONIST thinking.

From the dirt we walk on to the air we breath and the thoughts we think, health is EVERYTHING!
I want you to have a solid place to access information about food, diets, women’s health, strength, mindset and spiritual growth.
