A quick rainy day workout

Rainy day workout consisting of 4 exercises: 8-10 renegade rows (go to your knees for regression), 10 shoulder presses, 10 biceps curls, 12 weighted squats. Tummy tucked in to support your lower back. Shoulders down away from your ears. Do as many rounds as possible in 20 minutes. Straightforward, effective, you can do it anywhere, even in the baby's room like I did!!!
